Tupper Lake Historian Jon Kopp will give a talk called "Tupper Lake: the Early Years." In this open-format discussion, Kopp will tell the stories of Tupper Lake history, touching on the background of Mercy Living Center, which has been a part of the Tupper Lake community for nearly a century.
