Our pledge is to answer your billing and payment questions in a courteous, confidential and timely manner.

Our billing staff and financial counselors are available to assist you with any questions you may have about your bill. If you do not have health insurance and worry you may not be able to pay for your care, we may be able to help.

You are responsible for payment of co-pays or deductibles at the time of service. Upon discharge, your bill will be sent to your insurance provider, and you will be sent a statement for any balance due. An Explanation of Benefits statement, which is not a bill, may also be sent to you.

You may receive more than one bill for services performed at Adirondack Health. If you have any questions or need information about your bill, please call the number listed on your statement. For secure, online bill payment click here.
