Join us for Fitness in the Park, a fun opportunity to work out in the Tupper Lake Municipal Park, 5 to 6 p.m. every Tuesday and Thursday, June 18 through July 30.
This interval training class will be appropriate for all activity and fitness levels - you choose the intensity that challenges you. Bring a mat or towel, a water bottle, and a positive outlook!
