The Adirondack Health Foundation, in cooperation with the Lake Placid Medical Fitness Center, is raffling off a signed 1998 Women’s USA Hockey jersey to benefit the Medical Fitness Scholarship Fund.
The jersey was graciously donated by an Adirondack Health employee who wishes to remain anonymous.
