College scholarships for healthcare careers

The Adirondack Health Foundation is committed to helping provide an educated and well trained healthcare workforce in the region at a time when there is a growing shortage.

The Foundation Scholarship Program awards annual scholarships of $3,500 for three students pursuing a degree in Nursing or Allied Healthcare professions.  Students who maintain an average of 3.0 or greater are eligible for a second-year scholarship.

Scholarships will be offered to the following:

• Current employee of Adirondack Health
• Immediate family member of a current employee and/or retiree
• Student about to graduate from high school
• Non-traditional students
