SARANAC LAKE – John Decker, M.D., has accepted an offer of employment made by Adirondack Health, effective Jan. 1.
Dr. Decker specializes in medical and surgical treatment of conditions affecting the ears, nose and throat. He and his wife, Martha, have operated a private medical practice in Saranac Lake for more than three decades, most recently located behind Adirondack Medical Center, on Old Lake Colby Road. Dr. Decker’s office has relocated to Adirondack Medical Center’s main building, across the hallway from the outpatient pharmacy.
“Martha and I enjoy caring for our fellow community members and look forward to an even closer working relationship with Adirondack Health,” said Dr. Decker.
“Dr. and Mrs. Decker have built a strong reputation for warm and personalized care, which aligns with Adirondack Health’s organizational mission,” added Dr. Darci Beiras, Adirondack Health’s chief medical officer. “We are excited to have them on the team.”
