Our health center hours are designed to accommodate your schedule. A caring team of doctors, physician assistants, family nurse practitioners and nurses assure the attentive care necessary to support high-quality health services.
As a patient of our health centers you will have a secure electronic health record that may be used by caregivers in the event you need emergency care, advanced imaging or any of the wide range of services provided by Adirondack Health.
Our goal is to develop and build upon a long-term relationship that focuses on wellness and preventing illness so that you and your family can enjoy a healthy lifestyle. Our preventive care services include education, fitness and health screenings and immunization programs that support the well-being of patients of all ages.

Co-pay or payment is requested on the day of your visit. We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. We will bill your insurance company.
